Harold has extensive appraisal and consulting experience representing some 40 years completing assignments on all types of property for sale, mortgage, acquisition, asset management, assessment appeal, insurance, expropriation and expert testimony before several judicial and quasi-judicial authorities throughout New Brunswick.
