Joel has been involved in a wide range of appraisal and consulting assignments during the past 30 years on all types of property for sale, acquisition, mortgage, assessment appeal, insurance, expropriation and expert testimony before several judicial and quasi-judicial authorities throughout New Brunswick.

Personal
Joel and wife Elaine are life-long residents of Fredericton and have three children. Joel is also a member of 'The LaPointes" a gospel vocal group that includes his sister and brother.
