Sarah joined Fredericton Appraisals Associate Ltd. in May 2021. She is currently involved in conducting research and providing appraisal reports for a broad range of commercial properties around the province of New Brunswick. She is currently the Past President of the New Brunswick Association of Real Estate Appraisers (2024-25) (NBAREA) and has achieved her P. App, AACI designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
Sarah joined Fredericton Appraisals in 2021 and focuses on commercial property appraisals across New Brunswick. She holds the P. App, AACI designation and is Past President of NBAREA for 2024–25.
