Matt began working at Fredericton Appraisals in the spring of 2021 and in three short years, has gained experience in a broad range of appraisals including various bank financing scenarios, estate settlements, assemblage purposes, and for litigation proceedings for the division of assets.

Matt is approaching the final stages of completing the P. App, CRA designation through the University of British Columbia.  Having a background in banking and construction, together with a keen interest in collectibles, Matt has a robust background providing a broad range of transferrable skills which have proven invaluable in his career as an appraiser and to his colleagues.
